Following the success project of performance based contract partnership in Babelan, PDAM TB and Grenex Group are collaborating again and tackle the problem in different areas. PT GMI partnering with another South Korean company, Juan Engineering formed a joint venture called Juan Mulia Indonesia (JMI).

JMI managed around 1.800.000m3 of water every month in Cikarang Selatan and Cibarusah branchs. After 6 months of JMI’s intervention the NRW percentage are reduced from 46,48% (before intervention) to around 43%
